The hotel is fairly clean, with exceptional personal, and offers GREAT and unbeatable location short walk to restaurants and onsite parking as well as Arundel Mills where there is a ton of entertainment options.

Nothing to complain about, it was dope! We were traveling to Linthicum for rest. The queen room was spotless with a complimentary breakfast in the lobby.

Modern hip new property with genuinely helpful staff especially with explaining shuttle services. Location not far from Arundel Mills and the Inner Harbour and ~25 local restaurants.

We loved the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The driver was so friendly and helpful with our luggage. The rooms were clean and quiet with comfortable beds. we would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

It was clean, I would come here again. The hotel was wonderful, I appreciated well-maintained rooms and really helpful staff. Booked a room with a complimentary breakfast in the lobby. The location was comfy and perfect, at a medium distance from National Electronics Museum. The property was in a modern area, close to the nearby BWI airport, casino and Baltimore at 2 a.m.

Not obvious to find!

I found the hotel's location comfy, just off restaurants and onsite parking and shuttle to bwi and Arundel Mills and the nearby airport. Got a free and particularly nice breakfast included.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn to take advantage of off-airport parking and the free shuttle. Parking is cheaper , and the door-to-door shuttle makes it much less of a hassle than self-park. If you have a very early flight, and drive into BWI from any distance, this amenity is worth it. The beds are comfortable, softer than most chain hotels, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are a bit larger and cleaner than other BWI access hotels we've stayed at, and the shuttle service is exceptional. Fairfield Inn picks up on the departure level, clearly tells you where to wait, and asks for your phone number in case of any issues. The facility is incredible, with everything updated and extremely clean. com, the rate was fantastic, and we will look to use Fairfield consistently in our future travels.

Overall really nice hotel and wonderful staff.

Although very comfortable and sleek room designs they really need black out window treatment....the sun disturbed my slumber.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and accomodating.

Only problem was finding my reservation. When booking through your site, the first and last name get run together (no space), so when they look up your last name they can't find you. I almost had to make a new reservation at a higher price. One of the employees remembered it had happened before and found my name. Can you work on fixing this?
